TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL Our college is accredited by Institution of Engineers (I) and TATA Consultancy Services, Chennai. Placement Cell is functioning under the direct supervision of our principal Dr. J. Maheswaran, Mr. G. Samuel Muthuraj, Assistant Professor & HOD/EEE, Mrs. G. Wiselin Jiji, Assistant Professor/IT, Dr. S. Arulmugilan, Lecturer/Physics . Steps are taken to receive permission for our students to undergo In-plant Training in reputed companies. Steps are also taken to invite more companies for conducting campus interviews. In order to provide placement, all the third year and final year students are offered Communicative English, as part of their regular time table. Besides, extra computer classes and a course on Communicative English are conducted in the evenings for the interested students. Last year around 68 students have been placed in well reputed companies like Infosys, WIPRO, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Advent Net, Temenos, Kumaran Software, TVS groups, SoftwareTechnologies Ltd., HCL, Global, Oracle Corporation, Sathyam Software, Link software, Milan Software, ADA, ITL, Indian Space Research Organisation, CITIBANK, Xtreem India, Verizon Data Services, Hexaware Technologies, Global Edge Soft, Auras, Honeywell software, Proton Web Software, Integrated Soft Tech, ICICI Bank, Caritor India Private Limited, L & T Ltd, Ucal Fuel Systems Limited, Allsec Technologies, Convergys etc...
