The Management is satisfying the
timely needs of the students and staff members, generously. All are treated democratically and respectfully. The Management carefully governs the teaching community for the welfare of the students.
vii. Student feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
The faculty members get feedback from the students every semester regarding their academic performance. Feedback of parents regarding the Institution is recorded during Parent-Teacher Meetings/Freshers’ Day. The shortcomings pointed out by them are considered positively and the deficiencies are rectified.
viii. Grievance redress mechanism for faculty, staff & students
The
Advisory System of the college is constituted to redress the
grievances of the students. Students can meet their Faculty advisors
in person and the Advisors represent the needs of the students to
the Principal. One hour per week is allotted for Advisor-Ward
meeting. The requirement of the faculty and staff are directed to
the Principal through the Heads of the Departments. The Management
acts fast in meeting the needs of the college staff and students. The hostellers
can contact the Residential Tutors or the Deputy Warden to represent
their grievances.
